I thought the baby was cute as a button. I honestly felt sad for the poor thing. I sympathized with Henry as well, wanting to care for the baby but also being repulsed by it. The film had an emotional impact that I wasn't really prepared for. I thought it was just going to be a freaky head trip but it really pulled at the old heartstrings.

shareI did. I don't find babies particularly cute and they mostly leave me cold, but this little alien, so sick and unloved by its mother really moved me. It was so sweet and I just wanted to help it and give it some love. Poor little thing.
