Is this a deleted scene from the Devil's Rain?

I was looking for a new avatar image and did a search on Bing.com for Devil's Rain images and came across this:

The URL includes the Devil's Rain, Ida Lupino and Borgine but I sure don't remember this scene in the film!

That's not Borgnine, but rather Shatner; and, yes, it's from this movie, although I don't think that particular still is in the movie. It's likely a promotional shot.

It's either a deleted or promotional scene from The Devil's Rain or it's a rehearsal shot of a deleted scene with Kirk and the Orion Slave girl from Star Trek getting kinky before she applied her green makeup.
