Special lens for Cuba scenes?

I remember when the movie Traffic came out a big deal was made over the bluish lens for the scenes in America and a yellowish one for the scenes in Mexico. But it looked like there might have been a yellow lens for the Cuba scenes in this movie too? So maybe Traffic wasn't the first major film to use this trick.

Wouldn't be surprised. This is the great Gordon Willis we're talking about here.

I know that for Traffic--which Soderbergh shot himself--he used a tobacco filter for the Mexico scenes and an unfiltered film stock with a tungsten white balance for the scenes with Michael Douglas' character in America.
