...is so hard to choose! This movie had so many great lines in it. But whenever I think of Joe Danby being hauled into the jail and he says "This is just plain dumb and stupid." I crack up every time. I have no idea what's so funny about it. But Bruce Dern delivers it like a comic gem.

I agree that this movie has a lot of quick witty lines. I did not know about this movie at all but was very pleased to watch it. It shows how back in the day, western wasn't so much a genre but simply a setting in which anything is possible, whether it is action, thriller, drama or comedy. A very quote-worthy movie indeed.
