1) didn't guy notice she dumped 1/2 of it in her napkin? she's having trouble eating it...and then...all gone! 
2) how much drugs were in that thing?! if she actually ate all of it: would it have killed her? she only had a couple bites & it zonked her out big time.

I'm sure it would never have killed her since the whole plan was for her to give birth to Santan's spawn. I implied that it would have made her go unconscious and wipe out any memory of the consummation. Since she only ate part of it, she didn't get the whole effect of the drug and remembered parts of the rape and even said this wasn't a dream and it was really happening.

While he's turning the record player over, she dumps the rest - 2.5 spoons of it - into her napkin.
She empties the napkin into the drain while she's soaking the dishes. He's watching the Pope on TV and doesn't see her do this.
Ro is responsible for the household chores including dishes AND laundry.
So even if Guy saw her napkin stained with mouse - which is highly unlikely - he would have no way of knowing how much mouse was in it.
Between the amount of mouse he sees her eat and all the booze she drinks during dinner, Guy has every reason to believe she's out for the count.
That's probably why he's so freaked out to see her awake/watching and (accurately, though he doesn't know it) tells Minnie that she can see what's going on.

I noticed that, too! Was thinking the mousse had been tainted with so much sleeping medication Rosemary would have succumbed to her death if she had eaten the entire serving! Minnie was certainly heavy-handed with the drugs, wasn't she!
