Why isn't this available for streaming on Disney+?

Does anyone know? Same question for the rest of the 60s cartoons, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Iron Man, Fantastic Four, Sub-Mariner.....

Maybe Disney doesn't consider them Disney properties since they weren't involved in their making. I can't think of any properties Disney has acquired with previous content put on Disney+. Are there any?
