The current U.S. edition of AND THEN THERE WERE NONE, published by Harper Paperbacks, reflects the text of the current U.K. edition published by HarperCollins UK in 2007 - to my great surprise, I found that "Indian Island" is now "Soldier Island," and the poem that structures the plot is now "Ten Little Soldier Boys"!!!

I get the title change but the rest of those internal ones is absurd!

It's based on an old children's rhyme, which has had several versions over the years. I expect the next remake of the movie will be "Ten Little Teddy Bears!"

The Russian film version, Desyat Negrityat, from 1989 uses the novel as the story, not the play (i.e. they all die), and it's title translates to "Ten Little N*****s". Oh, those Russians.
The 1945 and 1965 film versions use "Ten Little Indians" as the verse and the figurines that disappear are of native American Indians. What I found funny is that the 1974 version uses that verse, but the figurines are of Indians from India. I don't think the verse was ever about people from India, but I guess by 1974 they thought calling native Americans "Indians" was not right.
In french too. They still sell the book here under the title "Dix Petits Nègres".
