After GF gets sucked out of the jet window, you can see a body lying on the floor before he goes to the flight deck.
Who the *F* was that?

Did you see the guy Goldfinger had with him? He appeared behind Goldfinger when he came through the curtain. An apparently useless minion... The minion took no part in the brief struggle, and was shown briefly in motion, falling, when the shot took out the window and the plane lurched. I assume he hit his head when he fell.
