I'll agree with your ratings at the moment, but I haven't seen it in decades.
I WILL see it on Tuesday night though...my English version blu-ray arrives that day!
I haven't seen it in two years, but I barely remember two segments I rated lower. A Drop of Water is pretty memorable.
