Annoying character nickname?

People were commenting on another thread that "Berry-Berry" (Warren Beatty) was a most annoying name. Be that as it may, what really annoyed me was the way the father (Karl Malden) kept referring to B-B as a rhinoceros. He was always calling him "you old rhinoceros!" (I think also he called him a gorilla, as well as some other animal name - hyena, perhaps?).

Anyway, as if the name "Berry-Berry" being repeated numerous times wasn't bad enough, the "rhinoceros!" nickname was just overkill. And I suppose we are to assume some sort of sexual innuendo in the choice of that nickname, 'rhinoceros,' being attached to Berry-Berry - what with the prominent horn on the front of a rhinoceros.

And good does not always triumph. Sometimes the Dark Side overcomes what Lincoln called 'the better angels of our nature.' — Apocalypse Now

I hated the nickname too! It was beyond corny and as if Berry Berry isn't corny enough. Couldn't stop at one, huh?

At the climax after they've received the phone call and are all blaming him Karl Malden still uses this silly nickname. Over kill indeed!

Agreed I can't think of a stupider or more annoying nickname in film history and I've seen a lot of movies.
