For real, that last shot of her in the street, her back to the camera-- I put it up there with the last shot of City Lights. It gets me every time and is just so perfect for this particular story.

shareI think it's fairly popular, considering the A-list actress who played the protagonist. The movie kinda dropped off in the same way all movies in 1959 have dropped off (i.e. natural effects of time), but the movie has gotten its due.
