7.9?!?!? No way.
Look, this is a cute movie, but it's simply not a 7.9. It's not great. It's merely, good, a pleasant way to spend an hour and a half.
I asked the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.
As others have said, this is a comic masterpiece, done with classic British understatement and emphasis on character. And what a cast! Guinness (giving a performance only he could've gotten away with), Sellers, Lom, Parker, and rounding it all out, the sublimely out of it Katy Johnson. It simply doesn't get any better.
