My favourite one has always been Benjamin, i think he's really handsome... But Frank always had something, he was attractive, and sexy, as somebody has said, probably because his personality. But I still think he's cute. And Gideon was just funny and cute as well. So here is my list.

Okay, I think that Adam is honestly the most handsome (I love Howard Keel), but he is such a fink in part of the movie! If I were Millie, I'd have hit him with a brick!

All the way Benjamin. Jeff Richards got the part to be the "actor" with the serious part. He as not a dancer like the rest of the guys. If you notice in the movie, he hardly dances. He wasn't really suppossed to. He had the serious acting scene with Millie in the barn.
Plus, Benjamin gets the girl with the most sexual feel, who wouldn't want to be all sorts of "curious" with him. Dorcas says the best lines in the movie too.
Let's just say if a big rugged mountain man wanted to kidnap me to the mountain, I think I would go. LOL!
So, I sorta got my wish, I married a big rugged country man!
After Benjamin, Daniel, Adam, Caleb, Ephriam, Frank, and Gideon.

I was 11 when I first saw the movie and liked Gideon the best because he was the youngest. I think I would have rated Adam higher then since I liked Howard Keel in other musicals I saw around that time.
My problem is that I've watched soooooooo many times and at various ages in my life that at one time or another I would've picked the all. However Ben will always be at the top on account of he is soooooooooooo manly.
share I really like to watch Ephraim, Frank and Gideon. The others are really good too. I like Adam when he sings. "Bless your beautiful hide" is one of my favorites.

1. Frank: such a magnificent dancer, fearless on the boards, "gets all the action" as was posted elsewhere, pugnacious, and those chiseled features make him the perfect brother to me!
2. Ephriam: handsome, great dancer (not too good at cartwheels though), long legs that do make him "as tall as church steeples."
3. Caleb: wonderful dancer, especially when he sends the townsfolk dancers to the ground on the boards, "to the ends of the earth."
4. Benjamin: not much of a dancer but has hair on his chest.
5. Adam: divine voice, tall, decisive.
6. Dan: splendid dancer and he wears purple well.
7. Gideon: Always running to tell tales.
I've always wanted to be a June Bride...
I use to watch this a lot when i was youger (about 8) and the only brother i ever liked was Gideon.
