How far-reaching were the effects of the oxygen destroyer?

Obviously, the fish in the immediate area were killed, but do they ever establish how far spread the destruction is?

The scientist said one oxygen destroyer could kill all the life in Tokyo Bay. So maybe a couple of miles. It probably depends on the size of the weapon. The one used on Godzilla was much larger than the one he dropped in the aquarium in his lab.

Much of the destruction was to the sushi industry. Tons of restaurants had to shut down. I saw it in a deleted scene
