Bizarre serial of the good ol' days.

Lots of red herrings in this one including the title of the movie which has nothing to do with the movie. It's enjoyable comedy-drama if you can skip thinking it's okay for the protagonist to break into a person's place of business or residence in order to get evidence. It would've had to been a lot of money for the antagonist to commit murders of public officials and why does he have to kill by alphabet? I'm still not sure why the police dropped their main suspect. He doesn't seem worth getting the girl and inheritance in the story. Another red herring is why are there so many uncredited roles for supporting actors. Did they make minimum scale or something ha ha?
