Did you Hate Every Stitch of Clothing in the Fashion Show?

Adrian certainly did a magnificent job costuming his women but... that fashion show in which he gets to 'cut loose and play avant garde designer' is 100% AWFUL.

I personally never liked 1930s fashions. They're not the ugliest in fashion history, but they aren't the most memorable either. In fact, due to the Great Depression, fashions of that era; even among the few elite that had not gone poor overnight; were very dowdy, boring, and extremely unmemorable. In fact, the only notable garments from the 1930s would have been the first simplistic evening gowns with sequins. The 1940s wasn't much better in the dowdy dept, though I suppose you could blame the war on that one, considering they had to ration fabric just like everything else.
