So why isn't Fraudci telling fat people to get vaccinated, the other 20% were probably elderly.

I know people who were hospitalized and/or died who were slim.

Anyway, you don't have to end up in a hospital. Why would anybody want long covid?

Just deny health insurance to the obese. Billions of dollars saved!
