Why Is Everyone Saying She's Beautiful? Because She Is.

That should start and end this thread as far as you'll see me commenting, and should save you jealous people some time. :)

So she is :) and a very very good actress!

She is both beautiful, and a good actress. When I first stumbled upon "Good Behavior" a couple of weeks ago, I thought, "My God, there's Lady Mary cleaning a toilet!"

I watched and she actually does a very good job: toilet cleaning, as well as characterization.

She was wise to do a total about face, and do it on the small screen. If she had followed up Downtown with a period film, and it had bombed, that would have really harmed her career.

Look at poor Dan Stevens. He left Downtown to do a period play, "The Heiress" in New York City. It was a success, but his career lost its TV and film momentum, and hasn't recovered.

If you like a tall skinny woman with a flat expressionless face. She looks like Frankenstein's ugly sister.

Good God, you must hate women.

With sociopaths like you posting, no wonder IMDB is closing its boards.

Beauty it's in the eyes of the beholder. So, what I like (and I like Michelle Dockery!) may not be liked by others.
However, instead of "beautiful", I prefer to use the word "attractive". Girls need to be seen as beautiful by boys, but women of quality need nothing more than the glow which comes with a strong personality and fills up the room. And believe me (as a happy married man of 42 year old), Michelle has a magnetism that goes beyond the screen! She captures the eye and makes you want to speak to her, no matter the topic. My wife has this magnetic presence (and cheekbones + same contagious laugh like Michelle!), so I think I know what I am talking about :)
PS: apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue... Best from Bucharest, Romania!

He's actually going to be playing the beast in the non-animated version of Beauty and the Beast.
