I saw in a YT post that she was the result of an affair between her late dad and her mom. According to the the poster , David was married to his second wife Meryl. That is nice Katie made peace with her dad before he passed. Does anyone know if the affair rumor is true or bogus.

Cassidy was married to another woman when her mother gave birth to her. And he was still married to her two years after she was born. David and her mother never married so I guess it's true.
