It's not that she does all her crass and weird stuff,

it's that she is 100% marketed to kids. The strap ons she wears and nudity she bares in concerts, and don't fool yourself, those are mostly children and teens. Plenty of celebrities do the stuff she does, it's just messed up with her because she does it when her main audience is so young.
