Why isn't he reporting live from Trump's NYC criminal trial?

Too busy talking about aliens and heels on M&M mascots.

First I hate the "He's the only one" argument. It's pure emotion.

I used to like Tuck until he seemed to sporadically lose his mind. Then again, he'd rave about Candace O and MTG and others even while he was on Fox. But he seems to have become even more flighty, lately.

But he isn't a journalist. He's a personality. While on Fox, he was on what they called the "entertainment" side of the programming, not the news side. He gave commentary, not straight news. For news you want someone like Bill Melugin.
