Agreed. It should have been a private matter between himself and whoever he wronged. It was only to his detriment to reveal it publicly, a kind of extreme self-flagellation that ruined his career and his reputation. The guy had demons, and perhaps this was his way of atoning, but it seemed quite excessive, especially given his recent death.

He ended his career, ended his production company and ended the jobs of those who worked for him.
