Critics like him don’t exist anymore

Prominent film critics like Siskel & Ebert and Leonard Maltin don’t exist anymore. It seems like all critics these days are just YouTubers (eg Chris Stuckmann, Doug Walker) or shills for “woke” Hollywood. There are no longer critics who give intelligent reviews of movie and assess them in relation to film history or their innovations or specific critical qualities. Their form of film criticism seems to be a lost art.
