Other Douglas Sirk fans might check out "Never Say Goodbye" with Rock Hudson, Cornell Borchers (The Big Lift) and George Sanders (Forever Amber). Even though Jerry Hopper was directing, Douglas Sirk was co-directing and it's his typical style that's written all over this wonderful, but rather unknown gem.

I just watched the DVD from amazon dot com and it's flawless, great sound and picture quality.

All I can say is All That Heaven Allows was such a treat to stumble upon. Really easy to watch, a bunch of great supporting performances, great story that still is improbable, a really fun movie. Love how the Bohemians were contrasted to the Country Club set. Cheesy in some ways but also still relevant today.
