Can't remember the Howard Stern guest who sounded exactly like him.

Years ago, Howard Stern had a guest who was a dead ringer for Sam Kinison, but I can't remember who it is. I think the show may have even recruited him to role play as Kinison for one of the Howard Stern specials. It wasn't a super famous person, either a former child star or the brother of a dead celebrity. (I keep thinking Chris Farley's brother.) If anyone remembers who it was, I'd be grateful.
