Those are two good reasons for starters. He's probably also a sociopath narcissist. We know he's corrupt. I believe he was caught stealing artifacts recently even. He's some kind of gatekeeper of truth, but acts like he's the final word on truth and history. According to my friend who was also an archeology student (female) he is a misogynist too, but I hate seeing that work thrown around. It's overused in America, but in this case it probably fits.
