So much of his comedic style is just channeling Eddie Murphy’s angry character. But he doesn’t have Eddies other side, the charmer, the likeable softie.
Hey, he’s made millions channeling Eddie so kudos, but still, will always be a poor mans Eddie Murphy.
I would argue that Murphy is a poor man's Richard Pryor. If you look at Mirphys early stand up stuff, he was clearly channeling Pryror.
And anyway, many black comedians have a similar style , so you could level that accusation at many more of them.
I think Kevin Hart have mo` money than Eddie Murphy.
