Why does America allow people like this to exist?

I like jokes about rape and pedophilia, because I like free speech. This guy doesn't. This guy is an enemy of free speech who wants Rosanne and others fired for minor transgressions. We will never be free to make jokes with guys like this walking around. There is no punishment too big for him when the choice is between him and free speech. Let him go.
