Not a very good public speaker

Watching him now on CNN, he has a very stop/start way of speaking, as though each word stands alone, instead of letting them flow into each other.

It reminds me of a lecturer at a university who has been told to speak loud and pronounce each word separately for the foreign students.

Plus his voice is nasally.

It's weird that someone who is so rich and has headed a huge company, has such poor speaking skills.
