How much $$$$$ is she going to rip Chris Pratt for?

They were married for eight years, one child. Presumably they filed for divorce in California which should be different from say.....Connecticut ? She has a series, makes $125,000 per episode (that's 18mi so far. )He makes movies,made $8mi for Jurassic World,$10mi for the sequel. Should they split the money down the middle ? Do you think she "deserves" alimony considering that she can support herself ?
