Judicial Watch Gives Testimony on Capitol Hill about Clinton Foundation

When I was asked by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform’s Subcommittee on Government Operations to testify this week about the Clinton Foundation, I knew the challenge would be organizing the vast trove of information we have accumulated through court action over the past several years.

That evidence, I told the committee, warrants a serious investigation of the Clinton Foundation. Moreover, there is evidence that the Obama Justice Department suppressed an investigation of the Foundation.

I also reminded the committee that it was Judicial Watch’s efforts that uncovered Hillary Clinton’s notorious private email system, which effectively shielded her various dealings. After their lawsuits forced the disclosure of the Clinton email server, another Judicial Watch lawsuit broke open what is now known as the Clinton Foundation pay-to-play scandal.

Give it up. The Republican led Benghazi panel in the House as well as the FBI spent nearly two years investigating Clinton over her emails and could never find anything incriminating.

Now the same hard right witch hunt specialists want to conduct an investigation of the Clinton Foundation when they've had ample opportunity the past two years to do it. Kind of late for a woman that was never and will never be president don't you think? GOP loves living in the past.

This is not about Benghazi. Smart people know the FBI has blocked congress/senate investigations. That's why Congress is investigating Clinton Foundation. There is NO "hard right" and "witch hunt", these are loony-left boogiemen.

She deleted mails after the court told her not to. Contempt!
She sent and forwarded classified documents over unsecure channels to people without clearance. Felony!
Crooks belong in jail, not making millions.

God you are sooo stupid. Congress is NOT investigating the Clinton Foundation you buffoon. They had two years with subpoena power in both the House and the Senate. They didn't because they had nothing. In March Jeff Sessions appointed Utah's top federal prosecutor, John Huber, to investigate exactly the allegations you're claiming about a FBI cover-up of Clinton Foundation corruption. This very House Oversight and Reform Committee hearing you're reporting was convened by giddy Republicans in the closing days of congress to ask Huber to testify to what he had found.

Guess what genius? He declined to testify. You know why? Because he hasn't got diddly squat. If he had even the slightest shred of evidence he would have gladly testified and broadcast his findings to the world. If he found himself being obstructed by FBI he would have gladly testified about uncooperative FBI agents. He didn't testify because he couldn't find jack squat so he knew his testimony would just end up making congressional Republicans look bad.

So in a face saving measure they had this far right wingnut Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch testify to make allegations of Clinton corruption that a top GOP federal prosecutor from Utah spent the last 9 months investigating yet was unable to find anything. No corruption, no obstruction. Nada.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but congress is NOT investigating the Clinton Foundation because there's nothing to investigate. This hearing was a desperation hail mary of House Republicans trying to keep the witch hunt of Clinton alive but know they'll be turning over the gavel to Democrats in two weeks. They got nothing.

Like I've told you before, you gotta cut the fake news out of your diet. You're choosing to be this stupid by relying on breitbart and pjmedia.
