Literally I don't think any other ex-president does this public stuff as they're too busy retiring in million dollar homes, writing books, or working on their hobbies (ie: painting, etc.).

It has long been rumored that President Reagan suffered from Alzheimer's Disease years before it was diagnosed in 1994, five years after he left office.
Reagan had Alzheimer's WHILE he was president, into his second term.
I know this, because during the Iran-Contra scandal, he kept saying "I forget" and "I don't remember." At the time, all the comics and late night talk show hosts joked about how he was just saying that to get out of trouble. Political pundits raged at him, too, using it as an example of how he was "Teflon Ronnie." But it turned out he was in the earliest stages of Alzheimer's.
