Wise investments
I read that during their heyday, The Carpenters invested in shopping centers and apartment buildings. They even named some of the apartment buildings after their songs. I have to find the link and post it.

shareI love some of the Carpenters' stuff. Yesterday Once More, Calling Occupants..., Nowadays Clancy Can't Even Sing. I've still got a couple of their albums on vinyl.
