Technically she should be hot, but no, why?

Is it maybe that she's not a good actress? I don't know. Plenty of hot women are terrible actresses.

There is just some intangible factor that is hard to describe, but you know it when you see it.

She is not hot because she is too girlish, too self-centered as often a lot of women who are good looking at a young age get to be because they get too much male attention and it warps them.
