The English language fails us.

There really ought to be a better word to describe this woman than "ugly". But there isn't.

Why is that so? The English language has been evolving for 16 centuries, yet we still don't have a word that can accurately define people who look like she does.

Of course, we could find plenty of terms in psychiatric literature to define her, and probably a few anatomical terms in medical books, too. But an adequate adjective to describe her physical appearance eludes us yet.

Words do exist. First, let us set aside her repugnant personality for a moment. She is a natural redhead, which some men really have a weakness for, and she has been physically fit her entire life. Two great plusses right there. Now, she is old enough to also suffer the downside of being a redhead - premature aging and very pale skin

I think we can all agree there is nothing beautiful about that, However, she is 53 in this pic, and that is just ancient for redheaded skin. Here is a pic of young kathy griffin (on the left with curly hair)

Don't tell me that if you knew her at that time, you wouldn't find her very attractive. I despise her, but even I can acknowledge I probably would have been all about a young and nonfamous Kathy Griffin if I knew her in real life.

Nah, not even then. Even as a randy young guy I think I would have been able to detect the embryonic hatchet face lurking there. I wouldn't have been interested a bit. Also the frowny set of the eyebrows, and the rigid mouth, which never looks any different, would warn me away. She had the stringy neck and far too many angles, even then.

GRIFFIN WAS CUTE IN A STRANGE WAY ...THEN SHE STARTED THE PLASTIC SURGERY...I AM SORRY SHE IS SICK AND I HOPE SHE GETS BETTER...I REALLY DO...BUT AFTER ALL THE PLASTIC SURGERY AND MEDICAL WHATNOT...SHE KIND OF LOOKED LIKE A GOBLIN...I DON'T KNOW...MAYBE THAT WAS WHAT SHE WAS GOING FOR.🤔
