Hard to wrong with a classically-trained opera singer.

But noooooo....they thought Harry Potter fans would be pleased to see a film with misplaced people of color.

I would have chosen Laura Osnes. Incredible voice, incredibly beautiful, she should have been Belle.

Emma Watson was terrible, as was the whole entire movie. I don’t know if Emmy Rossum or a better actress would have made it better with the screenwriters they hired.
