Weird sense of humour

Seems to have a bit of a perverted sense of humour. I remember his character's lewd sexual jokes in the first (and best) Predator film. I thought they were bizarrely crude and profane.

In "The Nice Guys" he has kids involved in lots of sexual situations and more sex jokes. In The Predator he has a bully kid kid say to a child with autism "I want to eat some ass-burger". Also cast a friend of his who was a convicted child sex offender. IIRC the kid playing Bruce Willis's daughter in the Last Boy Scout also had some choice dialogue. Wasn't there "dick pic" jokes in the Last Kiss Goodnight as well?

He's an odd looking guy, has never been married and never seems to be dating anyone. Why are so many of the jokes he writes in mainstream films the type that might be better suited to a hard core porno? And involve kids and Christmas?

It's getting a bit boring at this stage. He's like a dirty old man continually making ribald jokes about pussies, ass, dicks etc. Happens in too many of his films and he's really not as funny as he thinks he is.
