Involuntary Manslaughter - Negligent use of a firearm
Involuntary Manslaughter - Without due caution or circumspection

Though Baldwin is charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter, he would only be convicted of one if found guilty. I am guessing that he'll get 2-3 years and let out in 1 year with probation on good behavior.
