Yes, it is funny that Baldwin has now been claiming that the report exonerates him. I think that is a case of wishful thinking. If the report had mentioned finding that the gun was broken or otherwise malfunctioning then it could be used as a defense as he could potentially have been believed that he didn't pull the trigger... but the report doesn't mention anything about a gun being broken or malfunctioning.
Exonerates him my arse, being producer would he must've been part of the conversations to use live ammo and blanks, must've known of all the on set complaints.
If Mr Baldwin has a half a brain don't go out and say the report exonerates him when it doesn't or make it sound like he's being framed.
