Why does he look so strange?
Too much plastic surgery? It is very odd and unsettling appearance for a man his age.
He's never been attractive at all and he did take a lot of steroids from early 80's until now. Combine his innate unattractiveness, roids, and 75 year old body with plastic surgery and you get another Hollywood freakazoid.
