She is going to play Marilyn Monroe

She's in a film called Marilyn Monroe Back? It's about a Canadian singer who is so similar to Marilyn that she is believed to be the movie star's reincarnated spirit.

I must say that Erika does have a hint of Marilyn Monroe's looks judging by her publicity photo on here. Also Erika is 50 years old this year and I must say that she looks really good for her age.

Has this started filming yet or was it victim of COVID?

Officially it's still at the pre-production stage so I guess the actual filming has not yet begun. And that's due to the dastardly Covid situation I've no doubt. There is an US release date of October 23rd, 2020 still floating around. But don't take any notice of that.
