Sidney Prescott actress Neve Campbell has exited Scream 6 due to an unsatisfactory offer, but this allows Scream to finally seize a vital opportunity.
It's a crass teenage movie at this point, I used to be a fan of this franchise up until the fourth installment, the fifth had too much senseless modern era teens and less texture. They ruined the franchise in my opinion.
shareNegotiating tactic, or real? It's not unheard of for talent to apparently walk away from a project only to rejoin it when a better deal appears.

ViewerAnon says he’s heard Neve Campbell WILL return to Scream 6 as Sidney, and has agreed to a much bigger role in Scream 7 too.
