What does "You are being rate limited" mean when I try to view a post?

Someone asked that last week. If you create a post with only emojis and no words, you will get an error message and no one can click on it.

Apparently a post I made with a thread title of only emoji's was the cause for me.

If a post title doesn't contain letters or numbers, the server redirects (301) the browser to the same URL over and over and once the browser exceeds the requests/second limit the rate limiter kicks in or the browser throws a redirect error before that.

I'd edit it but it kicks me to that page and I can't.

You need a browser extension that can modify page source code or a command line tool to edit these posts. Actually, a simple text editor works too, but it's really not worth the trouble. Mods can probably delete them.
