I may be alone in this, but I would recommend contacting the lady ahead of time, and telling her what you want, and what you would like her to do, and what you would like her to refrain from doing. I know you will find it difficult to do this, but you're more likely to have a positive experience if you tell her about social anxiety and inexperience ahead of time, instead of making her guess.
Some brothels are legal in Nevada. Have fun.

shareThe only argument for going to Nevada would to be to break your normal patterns of behavior, and to give yourself the feeling that everything is different and you don't have to do what you'd normally do. Although, going to a decent hotel might have the same effect, to a lesser degree.
And going out to whereever would stop you feeling self-conscious about your home, or having to clean up before your date.
