Anybody Here Eaten The Shaqburger?

"An Angus Beef Brisket, Chuck and Short Rib Mix Blended in just the right proportions so each burger is perfectly tender, flavorful and juicy. This is a pure unadulterated burger made from the absolute best meat cuts. Bottom line, it’s the best tasting burger you’ve ever had, period."

Nowhere in the description are the words "hamburger" or "ground beef."

I bought a couple of packages of these marked down to $2.70/lb (where 80% lean ground beef is $3.99/lb on sale)

It's not ground beef. And they put a shit ton of red dye in it, it "bleeds" all over the skillet. On the package: "color is not an accurate indicator of freshness, refer to use or freeze by date."

I made a "hamburger" with it and it tasted pretty good, nothing offensive.

I'm using it to make some ground beef for burritos, it does not crumble, really tough to divy up with the spatula... We'll see how the burritos taste...

I don't know where they get the balls to say "pure unadulterated burger" with the amount of dye they put into it.

so it's not ground beef?

It's "made from the absolute best meat cuts..." like brisket and chuck... LOL. I have to question how much short rib is in it, that sounds like a lot of expensive processing.

I'd buy it again (at that discount price,) to make a burger. I wouldn't use it for ground beef for burrito or spaghetti, that did not turn out so well.

it looks good.
