TED Talk Long Shot

I don't know where else to post this as my Google skills have failed me. A friend was telling me about a TED talk he saw during a team meeting at his workplace. He didn't catch the name of the speaker or the title of the talk but said it was a guy saying he was tired of people asking him to solve their problems so he just decided to delete the emails and the voicemails asking for help.

So..... long shot, I know. Has anyone seen this and know where to find it?
