What would happen if someone was both a victim and an accuser in the "MeToo" thing?

If someone was accused of harassment, would they not be believed if they accused someone else?

A guy could have been pestering women but also been groped by Kevin Spacey. So um... ya know. Does he lose sympathy if he did it to someone else?

Would you believe them if they said both happened at the same time?
