What are your favorite non-english movies?

Recently, I have been searching a lot about non-english movies. I have noticed that the way I see cinema has changed a lot since i started exploring different aspects and ways of showing this art. Many of this movies that I found made me understand the difference between mainstream movies, movies mainly directed to oscars and finally, autor movies (not sure if this is the way you say it in english https://trackeasy.fun/usps/ https://showbox.tools/).

However, I love all of this different type of movies and just really wanted to share opinions about less known movies with the people from this subreddit. I found some videos on youtube and I noticed that many popular directors love movies from non-english countries. Examples: Guillermo del Toro - DVD Picks or Edgar Wright - DVD Picks.

The most recently non-english director that I found and really enjoyed was Wong Kar-Wai and his movie Chungking Express has probably became one of my favorites of all time.

This probably won't have any replies but I have been thinking about posting this for a while. I would like to know some of your favorite non-english movies and if they had any impact on the way you started watching cinema.

To save space, I'll just link to my list from the other topic:

As for changing the way I watch cinema... they definitely did. It was stumbling across films like Sanatorium pod klepsydrą (1973) or L’étrange couleur des larmes de ton corps (2013) that actually got me interested in it again, after a long time in which I'd become largely apathetic towards the whole medium.
