Chicken Pot Pie Soup

My Food Guy delivered me a new, to me, soup today, Chicken Pot Pie Soup. The weather here in N’England is chilling, and hearty soups are in order. I found a recipe similar to what he makes. One caveat: he uses BIG chunks of beautifully-roasted breast meat

Enjoy. He’s pretty amazing. If he makes a lasagna sausage soup, I will probably explode.

PS A bowl of this plus a garden salad and crusty bread and a crisp Lachrima Christi or Chardonnay, and you have dinner.

Dessert is up to you, but I have always liked a very cold and hard ice cream of your own choice.
