Yesterday I had an Uber driver who didn't know the difference between the words left, right and straight! I'm usually very happy with their service, but some of their drivers are real, uh, winners. What are your Uber/Lyft stories?

Was this in NYC? When I visited there I found the Uber drivers (and their cars) to be much nicer than the yellow cabbies, but far less knowledgable about the area and directions. Guess it's a tradeoff you have to make.
